My young girl Spice came in limping left hind leg and although with a few weeks rest she appeared better she wasn't. Turned out to be a partial rupture to her cranial and caudal cruciate ligament. Although only a 20% rupture it still needed surgery to stabilise the joint and had I tried to exercise her again or try agility she would have ended up with a full rupture.
